Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Made at Thirty Five, we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, we will accept returns within 28 days of purchase if the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described on the website


We cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind on certain items such as anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. outside of standard customisation options offered to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element

 

We cannot accept returns if you attempt to repair the product or it falls outside the 28 days of purchase.

We may ask you to supply a digital photo of the item received

 

The cost of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty, items are required to be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the condition it was supplied.  All returns require a returns reference number, please contact us with the details of the return and we will supply you with a reference number. 

 
Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 7 days of receipt of the returned items, provided you have followed all of the procedures and time frames

 

Please ensure you place your name and address details inside the box so we are able to determine who the sender is.

Can I still place orders with Made at Thirty Five?

Absolutely, we have continued to supply our products during the pandemic and will continue to work hard to make sure you can still shop to purchase your items.

  

What are you doing to ensure that Coronavirus is not spread through products you are selling?

There is currently no evidence to show that the Coronavirus can be spread via products.

We have clear guidance on best practice

Is it safe to receive packages from your company?

According to current advice, it’s safe to receive packages. We continue to closely monitor all government and Public Health England advice and will let suppliers and customers know if anything changes.

Will my package still be delivered in time?

Crafty Pig Crafts and the delivery companies we work with, are doing all we can to meet every delivery date. However, due to the unusual circumstances within the UK, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Although this isn’t the experience we’d hope for our customers, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

How can I return an order if I am unable to do so due to self-isolation?

If you’re unable to return an order due to self-isolation, please get in touch with us directly via email or facebook messenger and we will be happy to help and advise.
