In processing each order, your information is shared with either PayPal or your credit/debit card providers for credit reference purposes and with fraud prevention agencies, Made at Thirty Five does not have access to this information, hold nor store any of your payment details. If you have any concerns about payment information, please refer to your provider’s own privacy policy.

Information we collect about you. We will use this information:

  • to administer our site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and statistical purposes where it is in our legitimate interests to do so;

How we store, retain and delete your personal information

 

Your information is securely stored on a password protected laptop and mobile phone. If the information is held in paper format, it is stored in a locked filing cabinet.

We shall ensure that any personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. We will retain and delete your personal data as follows:

  • personal data provided as part of an order for goods or the provision of our services as part of our contract will be retained for 7 years from the date on which the goods are delivered and/or the performance of the services is completed, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems;

  • personal data provided other than as part of an order for goods or services shall be retained for 1 year from the date on which it was provided after which time it shall be deleted.

  • Personal details contained in an email, messenger or text will be deleted when you have received your goods and our services are completed after 60 days

  • Paperwork will be shredded within 7 years or sooner if no longer required

Notwithstanding the above, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.


 

Marketing

 

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing information, you may of course opt out at a later date.
