Can I collect my items in person

Yes you can. Collections are from 35 Gallus Drive, LE10 0BE. Please send a message after purchase to confirm a suitable day and time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Please message stating which country you would like the items shipped too. We will get back to you with a postage quote within 24hrs

How long does delivery take?

Once you have placed your order, delivery takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. Depending on the item ordered we aim to dispatch within 3 working days

Can you bespoke your items?

Yes we can. Please message via email or Facebook messenger with details of what you would like and we will try our best to fulfil your request

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been processed we can cancel it for you. All orders begin being processed within 24hrs of your order.  To avoid disappointment, please check whether the item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.

I have a complaint about my item, what do I do?

Can I send the items to another address?

Yes you can. When you place your order ensure you change the shipping address to the address you want the delivery to go to

My item is personalised but I don't like it, can I return it?

If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty. See our returns policy for more information. We always try to ensure that the item details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.

If you would like to make a complaint please get in touch with us directly via email or Facebook messenger and we will be more than happy to help.
